Samantha Armstrong-Ash (Class of 2023)
Samantha (Sam) Armstrong-Ash brings energy, authenticity, and a deep commitment to leadership development in her role as a facilitator for When Everyone Leads, powered by the Kansas Leadership Center. With over 19 years of experience in higher education as a student affairs administrator and faculty member—Sam has a passion for helping people lead from where they are—she is dedicated to providing practical tools and creating space for meaningful learning, connection, and change.

Dr. Brian Davenport
Dr. Brian Davenport brings curiosity, connection, and a deep belief in practical leadership to his role as a facilitator for When Everyone Leads, powered by the Kansas Leadership Center. With a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and decades of experience helping leaders bridge the gap between theory and action, Dr. Davenport is passionate about equipping people to lead with purpose—no matter their role or title.
Brian currently serves as the founding director of Eastern Washington University’s Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, where he helps students and professionals grow their impact through evidence-based, real-world leadership development. Widely recognized for his contributions to community engagement and higher education, Brian brings warmth, insight, and a little bit of unexpected fun (ask him about his balloon animal skills) to every space he facilitates.
