 Davenport brings curiosity\, connection\, and a deep belief in practical l
 eadership to his role as a facilitator for When Everyone Leads\, powered b
 y the Kansas Leadership Center. With a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Go
 nzaga University and decades of experience helping leaders bridge the gap 
 between theory and action\, Dr. Davenport is passionate about equipping pe

 serves as the founding director of Eastern Washington University’s Master
