Alumni Lifetime Achievement Award Nomination Form

This award recognizes alumni who are the embodiment of Leadership Spokane’s mission of being catalyst - educating and uniting diverse, collaborative leaders to ensure a vibrant Spokane. As the highest award bestowed, these recipients have achieved exceptional success in their professions, serve as exemplary role models, demonstrate committed service to Leadership Spokane, and have bettered their community.

Criteria:

  • Leadership Spokane Flagship Program Graduate
  • Significance of contributions to his/her community
  • Success within his/her profession
  • Service and commitment to Leadership Spokane
  • Demonstration of mentorship and service to others
  • Past awards and achievements

Leadership Spokane will add recorded commitment documentation to our organization for award nominees such as:

  • Service to Leadership Spokane Board or Leadership Spokane Alumni 
  • Sponsored Leadership Spokane class day or Gala
  • Volunteered at Gala or Gala Planning Committee
  • 1983 Ambassador
  • Sponsored tuition for class member or recruited members of class
  • Presented or facilitated a class or tour

The 1983 Society builds and fosters a legacy of leadership in the Spokane area and the Inland Northwest to effectively strengthen our communities. The Society will support the Leadership Programs and provide a forum for continuing alumni advocacy.

Youth Leadership Spokane, established in 1996, is a 10-month civic leadership training program, based on the principles of servant leadership.
