Chris Wheatley (2023)Numerica Credit Union
As a leadership consultant and certified executive coach, Chris Wheatley’s mission is to develop individuals, teams and organizations that create healthy and productive organizational environments. Chris currently serves as the Vice President for Organizational Learning at Numerica Credit Union, where he oversees the training and development of employees at all levels on strategic leadership, interpersonal effectiveness, and creating high performing teams. He is also the co-founder of the Wheatley Leadership Group, with the mission of unlocking potential through leadership training, executive coaching and organizational consulting. Prior to his current position, Chris spent nearly a decade at Gonzaga University in various leadership and teaching roles. He is active in his local community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Spokane. Chris is certified to administer the Tracom Social Styles Inventory, Fierce Conversations curriculum, Integrative9 Enneagram, and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Joshua Zartman (2023)Premera Blue Cross
Josh has lived in Spokane Valley since 2008 and is happy to call the Pacific Northwest home. Born and raised in Mansfield, OH, he spent the first 13 years of his career in the newspaper industry in his hometown, starting with answering phones and taking high school sports box scores, before moving up to a full-time sports reporter and eventually a copy/editor and paginator. He then moved to Spokane Valley and worked at the Spokesman-Review in the Consumer Marketing department for 3 years. Josh then moved into the health insurance industry with Premera Blue Cross in 2013, where he spent 6 years as a claims processor before moving into his current Team Leader role. He is currently on the Spokane Advisory Council for The Wishing Star Foundation and loves to volunteer his time to many amazing organizations around the Spokane area. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, traveling, riding ATV’s, coaching youth sports, playing cornhole, and creating a lifetime of memories with his amazing wife Diana, whom he married in 2008, and his two sons, Owen and Finn.

Christopher Zilar (2006)Spokane Tribe of Indians
Chris has managed two cancer prevention programs: Breast and Cervical Health Program and the Tobacco Prevention and Control Program. He was also formerly an HIV prevention specialist and Membership Representative for the Inland Northwest Business Alliance. Currently, he is the Vocational Rehabilitation Director for the Spokane Tribe of Indians.
