Each has learned valuable lessons about the critical role tha t their internal culture plays in the engagement of their employees\, how service is delivered\, customers’ perception of their brand and\, ultimate ly\, the success of their organization.\nAt the October 26 Leadership Conn ection. Ev will explore the relationship between these organizational elem ents and why it matters. In addition\, Ev will discuss strategies for des igning and aligning a positive internal environment and culture of engagem ent. \n
\nEv Hopkins\, PHR\, is the Chief Administrative Officer for STCU. In her current role\, she serves a variety of teams\, including mar keting\, facilities\, talent development\, human resources and investment services. In addition\, she facilitates the organization’s strategic plann ing process. Prior to working in financial services\, Ev was a regional s ales manager for a fashion retail company. In that role\, she oversaw 85 store locations throughout the western United States\, Alaska and Hawaii. \n\nWith over 35 years of management\, mentoring and leadership experience \, Ev received a Bachelor’s degree in Program Management from Whitworth Co llege\, and a Masters of Organizational Leadership with a Concentration in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University.
