Continue reading »]]> “I found that leaders come in many, many arenas.  Leaders can be the stay-at-home parent or the associate pastor of a small congregation.  Leaders can have influence over our community, and therefore, I think it is essential that we all voice our opinions to the leaders with the greatest influence.  In any case, I think I am more successful because I recognize people as leaders, and I am less intimidated by people’s titles or leadership roles.  This has allowed me to voice my opinions as needed.”
